1. Connect the keyboard connector to the system board.



2. Fold the pull-tab down and secure it and the keyboard cable underneath the locking arm before locking it in place.



3. Place the tabs along the front edge of the keyboard into the palm rest and lay the keyboard down on the palm rest, pressing the sides down into the

detents.



4. Replace the three screws at the top of the keyboard.



5. Replace the hinge cover (see Hinge Cover).

NOTICE: To avoid scratching the palm rest when replacing the keyboard, hook the tabs along the front edge of the keyboard into the palm rest,

and then secure the keyboard in place.
