2. Use four 10-32 x 1/2-inch screws and four tapered washers to install each outer

slide in the rack, as shown in Figure 1-5.

The screws are threaded through the washers, the rail, and into the top and

bottom holes of the brackets, leaving the middle bracket holes open.

3. Fully tighten the screws and then back them out about two turns.

Leaving the slide assembly loose makes it easier to align the intermediate slides

and the inner-slide rails.
