To assign a time-driven trigger:

In the Rule Definition tab, under Rule Triggering, select the Time Driven
option.
The Rule Definition tab refreshes, showing a set of Recurrence Interval boxes
on the right.

Specify the recurrence interval for the trigger in the hh:mm:ss format.

To make time driven rules evaluate on each time interval, regardless of the
existence of data, select the Trigger Without Data check box.
Note For details on how to write conditions for time-driven rules, see “Defining conditions
for data-driven and time-driven rules” on page 263.
