The end user clicks

On the second page of the wizard, the end user types the location and name of the file to be created or navigates to the

desired location by clicking

Browse

If the end user attempts to back up the data to the same drive as the original data,

a warning displays a recommendation

to back up the data to portable storage or a network drive.

The end user clicks

On the third page of the wizard, the end user must enter and confirm a password to protect the data in the backup file.
