vReplicator v2.5 Chapter 3 Configuration 56

vReplicator can be configured to display an alert or send an email notification when a

defined storage threshold has been crossed. The software pulls storage data from VC to

create a datastore summary. No manual entry is required. For additional information on

datastore summaries, see Chapter 4.

If you request an interface-based alert, this message displays in the Replication

Management pane:

If you request an email notification to trigger when storage is low, a message similar to

this one is sent to the address selected in the Email to field on the Alerts tab:
