Quiescing

Quiescing pauses or alters running processes during replication to

ensure consistency in results. When you disable quiescing, the

VMware Tools Sync driver is disabled during replication. It is

important to do this when you replicate a database server that uses a

service to write. This includes SQL Exchange, Active Directory, and

Oracle. Selected by default.
