NOTE: The option enableserialoverlan is
supported only on PowerEdge 1950, 1955, 2900,
and 2950 systems.

newpw=text: New password of the user.

ID has access privileges of an Administrator for
the Serial Port channel.

access privileges of a User for the Serial Port
Channel.

not have access privileges for the Serial Port
